Brandon worked on a friend’s well and we had issues with ours on a weekend and the company who replaced 7 months earlier would not come out on the weekend to help up get water back on I called Brandon on a Saturday afternoon. He said he could be out first thing Sunday Morning. But first he said to try a couple of things and walked me through them. And just like that we had our pump up and running again. Saved us an after hour call. That was last week. Then yesterday a goods friends pump quit working and we called Brandon. Brandon is a great guy. Extremely professional even if the job site is less than. I had a million and one things to do when he came to install my water softener system. I actually had to leave before he was even done and I felt fully confident and secure in giving him my gate code.

We had just moved into our home in the middle of nowhere. He was the one who did our water testing during the purchase process. It’s pretty standard during that process to be left in the dark about individual inspection reports until all have been completed. Even then, there is typically no communication between inspectors and prospective buyers. Brandon was so amazing that he contacted me to let me know that the water was potable (A MUST) when most wouldn’t.

Once we moved in (and bought all new appliances and bathroom fixtures) we knew we needed a softening system. I texted Brandon and got a very quick response (a day later because he was on vacation). During the call we discussed the best options and possible prices. I sent a few pictures of my well and spigot system and within hours received my final price quote.

He came out to install less than a week later. His commercial grade systems are amazing and reasonably priced. I am MORE THAN HAPPY with my system and will definitely be doing business with him again.
